For the past week, I have been testing out the new mascara , Love Lash from Mary Kay in Black. Now, first and foremost I have to say that I'm a mascara fiend and often have two or more mascaras in rotation at any given time; usually because the effect that I'm going for (depending on the eye look for the day) usually requires more than one type of mascara.
Well, I'm pleased to say that this is mascara (for me) does the job of two mascaras. I absolutely love the soft definition and volume that it gives my lashes. This mascara wears very well through the day and doesn't flake off; it also leaves my lashes feeling very soft. The wand is one of those silicone-type wands with short bristles that helps to grab every lash. I think that the formula is really what got me as it's not too dry but not too wet.
I would say that this is more of an everyday mascara; I usually like a lot more volume if I'm going out for the evening. You don't need to use a lot of this mascara. I found that the first time that I used it, I applied way too much product and it made my lashes very clumpy. When I used it again the next day, I didn't use as much as the first time and my lashes looked amazing.
Overall, Love Lash Mascara by Mary Kay is a really great everyday mascara. I love that it gives both definition and volume and leaves my lashes feeling very soft and conditioned. This mascara is easily removed with eye makeup remover.

I loved it but it made my eyes totally red and irritated. Went back to the Ultimate and no more problems.
